These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://www.carportsok.com (the “Website”) and the communications, estimates, and services provided by Titan Building Co. (“Titan Building Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, requesting an estimate, or providing your phone number to us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Titan Building Co. is a steel building and carport contractor serving Oklahoma. Our services include custom metal carports, custom patios, custom steel buildings, commercial structures, recreation work, concrete services, and seamless gutters.

Estimates and quotes provided by Titan Building Co. are not binding until a written agreement for the work has been signed by you and by us. Pricing, scope, scheduling, permits, payment terms, and any warranty are governed by that written agreement. Nothing on the Website creates a warranty or guarantee unless it is stated in your signed agreement.
4. Financing
The Website may link to or describe financing options. Financing is offered by third-party lenders, is subject to credit approval, and is governed by the terms of the lender. Titan Building Co. does not make credit decisions. Prequalification is not a guarantee of approval.
5. Text Messaging Program Terms (SMS/MMS)
5.1 Program name
Titan Building Co. Customer Text Messaging (the “Program”). Text messages are sent by Titan Building Co. through our business management software, Jobber.
5.2 Program description
When you give us your mobile number and consent to receive texts, we may send you messages related to your project or request, including:
- Estimate and appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- Crew arrival and “on our way” notifications
- Project, installation, and scheduling updates
- Responses to questions you send to us
- Quotes, invoices, payment reminders, and receipts
- Follow-ups about completed work, such as a request for feedback
This Program is used for customer communication and customer service. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, we may also send occasional offers and announcements.
5.3 How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from us when you (a) provide your mobile number on a form on the Website and agree to receive texts, (b) provide your mobile number to us in writing or verbally when requesting an estimate or service and agree to be texted, or (c) text us first. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
5.4 Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your project or request.
5.5 Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your wireless carrier and depend on your plan. Titan Building Co. does not charge you for texts, but we are not responsible for charges from your carrier.
5.6 How to opt out
You can cancel the text messaging service at any time. Text STOP to the number you receive messages from. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from us. If you want to receive texts again, you can opt back in by texting START or by contacting us. You can also opt out by calling (405) 677-0844 or emailing titanbuildingco@yahoo.com. Opting out of texts does not affect our ability to contact you by phone or email about work you have contracted with us to perform.

5.8 Supported carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. The Program is intended for use with U.S. mobile numbers.
5.9 Privacy of your mobile information
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://www.carportsok.com/privacy/ to learn how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Program (such as our messaging and business management software providers), only as needed to deliver our messages and services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, logos, photos, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to Titan Building Co. and is protected by applicable law. You may view and print Website content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute Website content without our written permission.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute related to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, unless your signed project agreement says otherwise.
